Kickoff.

If you decide that I am a good fit for your needs, you will receive a Kickoff package that includes your contract and a non-disclosure agreement. Once I receive all signed documents, I will get started on your project!

Billing.

Depending on your request, you may be billed hourly or per project. This will be decided together prior to starting the project and will be addressed in the contract. Payment is due immediately once the invoice has been issued.

Feedback.

Without feedback, I am walking blind. Feedback is the fastest way to improve my business and offer services that are needed and relevant. I truly want to hear how your experience is going at any step of the way.
